The idea is to calculate in real time the performance.

And show different colors if it is under or over the 1 (green under, red over), this means, better or lower performance.
Nice to have the possibility to set different ranges and different colors.
Nice to have this peformance field on activites, mo, job in a way it's possible to create filters and reports.
